I’ve worked in the luxury industry for over 25 years — across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. My background includes senior roles in Sales, Marketing, and Retail Innovation at brands like Porsche, Ferrari, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, and McLaren.
Today, I work as a consultant, trainer, lecturer and speaker. I advise luxury businesses on how to stay competitive, connect better with customers, and build stronger commercial and emotional impact. I also teach at institutions including SMU Academy, EHL, ESSEC, and NUS.
Luxury is a demanding business. My work is about making it meaningful — for the brand, for the customer, and for the people who deliver it.
